If you bought a subscription directly via Zattoo Shop you will need to go to Account section. You will find it when going to the profile icon (in the right corner above). Please click Account and then edit Subscriptions:
There you will find more details about your current subscriptions and can cancel anytime:
FOR iTUNES SUBSCRIPTIONS:
If you bought a subscription via iTunes you will need to:
log in to your iTunes account and follow all instructions provided on your Apple device. You cannot cancel the subscription via your Zattoo account once it was bought via iTunes. You received a transaction confirmation directly from iTunes - please follow the instructions from the email. Additional instructions are provided here.
