- Vouchers for Zattoo subscriptions can only be redeemed if there is no active Smart HD, Premium, or Ultimate subscription.
- A payment method must be provided to ensure seamless continuation of the subscription after the free or discounted period ends.
- Redemption is only possible via the Zattoo account section on the web. Mobile and TV apps do not support this function.
This is how to redeem your voucher:
- Log into your Zattoo account on the web: Login.
- Click Settings.
- Click Manage my account.
- Subscriptions > Click Redeem next to Redeem Voucher.
- Enter your voucher code.
- Enter your payment details. For more information, see below.
- Your access will be available across devices right after successful redemption.
Voucher Redemption via Web Only:
- Vouchers can only be redeemed via a web browser. Redemption through mobile or TV apps is not possible.
- Once successfully activated, you can use Zattoo on all supported devices.
Not Redeemable for Active Subscriptions:
- A voucher cannot be redeemed if an active Smart HD, Premium, or Ultimate subscription is in place.

Payment Information for Voucher Redemption:
There are two types of vouchers, which require payment information:
- Discounted subscriptions: Payment is required immediately, so a payment method must be provided.
- Free subscription period: After the voucher period ends, the subscription will automatically renew on a paid monthly basis. Cancellation is possible at any time.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Available: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Klarna direct debit, PostFinance Card, Twint.
- Not supported: Klarna Sofort, PostFinance eFinance.
Vouchers for Multiple Free Months:
- If you have a voucher for multiple free months, access will be unlocked month by month. More info here.
No Voucher Redemption for Partner Subscriptions:
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Smart HD, Premium or Ultimate subscriptions purchased via Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or third-party providers.
Vouchers Valid Only for Specific Regions:
Vouchers are issued for specific service regions and can only be redeemed on accounts registered in the corresponding region:
- Zattoo Germany → Redeemable only on German accounts.
- Zattoo Austria → Redeemable only on Austrian accounts.
- Zattoo Switzerland → Redeemable only on Swiss accounts.
