Vouchers for Zattoo subscriptions can only be redeemed if no Premium or Ultimate subscription is currently running. You need to file your payment method in order to prevent interruption if you want to continue the subscription after expiration of the free voucher period. Vouchers can be redeemed in the Zattoo account settings on the web only. The redemption of the voucher on the mobile or TV apps is not possible.
This is how to redeem your voucher:
- Log into your Zattoo account on the web: Login.
- Click Settings.
- Click Manage my account.
- Go to Subscriptions > Redeem voucher code.
- Enter your voucher code.
- Enter your payment details. For more information, see below.
- Your access will be available across devices right after successful redemption.
Redemption of voucher on the web only:
The voucher can only be redeemed if you log in to your Zattoo account on the web. It is not possible to redeem a voucher on the mobile or TV apps. Once your voucher has been successfully redeemed on your account, your access applies to all devices across all platforms.
No voucher redemption on Zattoo Premium or Ultimate accounts:
Vouchers cannot be redeemed on accounts running Zattoo Premium or Ultimate subscriptions. Should you have any questions or need help, please click here to get in touch with our support. Please send us your Zattoo registered email address and the voucher code for verification.
Payment details required for voucher redemption:
Depending on the type of voucher, you will either receive a discount on the regular subscription price for a certain duration or with the voucher you get a certain duration free of charge. In case of discounted subscription price, the payment is due directly and therefore it is necessary to submit your payment method on voucher redemption. If you have a voucher for a certain period free of charge, your subscription will be renewed on a monthly basis after the voucher period has expired. Of course, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the first subscription fee will be charged. Please read all about cancellation here.
Accepted payment methods:
Only MasterCard und Visa, PayPal, and Klarna Direct Debit (Germany and Austria) are accepted for voucher redemption. Klarna Sofort, PostFinance eFinance und PostFinance Card are not accepted.
No voucher redemption on partner subscriptions:
If you subscribed to Premium or Ultimate through one of our partners iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, WEB.de, GMX, Salt, TeleTronic, Sky or mobile phone services, you cannot redeem a voucher on your account.
Voucher for Zattoo Germany, Austria or Switzerland
Please note that a voucher for Zattoo Premium or Ultimate Germany can only be redeemed on German Zattoo accounts. Accordingly, vouchers for Zattoo Premium or Ultimate Switzerland can only be redeemed on Swiss accounts. The same applies to Austrian vouchers.
