If transaction failed on auto-renewal or purchase of your subscription, you have to manually buy a new subscription. Please read the following information for further help:
Error on purchase of new subscription:
Credit card:
We only accept VISA and MasterCard. Check if your credit card is up to date and not expired. Check that all payment details are entered completely and correctly. When paying by credit card, in addition to the credit card number, the 3-digit verification number (CVV) and the expiry date are required. If you are still having issues, contact your bank or try making the purchase again with a different payment method.
PayPal:
You have paid your subscription via PayPal and received a payment confirmation but your subscription has not been activated. Please contact our support for further help with the following information:
- Email address of your Zattoo account
- PayPal Transaction Code
Automatic renewal failure:
If automatic renewal failed, you need to resubscribe. The subsequent manual debiting of the deposited payment method is not possible.
Please log into your Zattoo account on the web, go to Upgrade, choose your subscription and buy it with your payment method.
Error in your web browser:
Use one of the following browsers to book your subscription: Google Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. If an error occurs, please delete cookies and cache or try another browser.
