Error when buying new subscription:
Credit card:
Please ensure that all payment details are correct. When paying by credit card, in addition to the correct and complete entry of the credit card number, the 3-digit verification number (CVV) and the expiry date are required. Please note that only VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
PayPal:
You have paid your subscription via PayPal and received a payment confirmation, but your subscription has not been activated. Please contact our support immediately. We will help you as soon as possible. In order to speed up our support make sure to send us the following information:
- Email address of your Zattoo account
- PayPal Transaction Code
Automatic renewal failure:
As automatic renewal is attempted only once by our system, you must actively purchase a new subscription so that your payment method can be validated and used for future payments. A subsequent manual debiting of your deposited payment method is not possible.
Please go to Upgrade, choose your subscription and buy it with your current payment details.
Error in your internet browser:
We recommend the internet browsers Google Chrome and Firefox for the use of Zattoo and the subscription purchase. If an error occurs, please clear cookies and cache and try the other browser.
