Please note, that only the following cards are accepted and thus, only these cards can be saved in your Zattoo account: Visa and Mastercard.

Pleases firstly check, if all card details are entered correctly. Typos often occur when entering credit card details and these prevent the transaction from being successfully processed. Please also pay attention to the validity dates.


If the automatic renewal has failed once on your account, you have to purchase your subscription in the Upgrade section as the renewal process is blocked due to security reasons. You will also not be able to update your card details in your account. You can do this when you purchase a new subscription here. Your card details will be added to your account from here.
