Troubleshooting

To use Zattoo properly on your Xbox (One, Series X, Series S), make sure you have the latest app and firmware version installed. In addition, we have a few first aid tips to help you solve minor problems directly. Please go through these steps one by one and try the next one if the issue remains. 

Please note that Xbox 360 and older is not supported and issues cannot be fixed.

1. Restart the app:

• Highlight the Zattoo app on the Home screen.
• Press the Menu button.
• Select Quit. (If it's not present, the app is not currently running - try the next solution in this case.)
• Re-launch the app by selecting it from the recently used tiles or from My games & apps.

2. Restart your Xbox:

• Press the Xbox button.
• Go to Home.
• Select My games & apps.
• Select See all.
• Highlight the Zattoo app.
• Press the Menu button.
• Select Uninstall.
• Restart your Xbox.
• Reinstall the Zattoo app.

4. Available system updates:

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
• Go to System.
• Select Settings. 
• Select Updates & downloads.
• Select Update console, if an update is available.

5. Check and optimise your network connection:

Check your internet connection in your network settings.

6. Reset your console to factory defaults:

For troubleshooting purposes, it may be necessary to completely erase and restore your Xbox:

• Press the Xbox button.
• Go to System.
• Select Settings.
• Select System.
• Select Console info.
• Select Reset console.
