If you encounter an issue with Zattoo and the Xbox One app:
- Please first check your internet connection by going to Network Settings.
- Ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed (delete the app and then install this again).
- Please also ensure that the software on the Xbox One is up to date. Further information on this can be found here.
- Restart your Xbox One.
