If you encounter an issue with Zattoo and the Xbox One app:

  1. Please first check your internet connection by going to Network Settings.  
  2. Ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed (delete the app and then install this again).
  3. Please also ensure that the software on the Xbox One is up to date. Further information on this can be found here.
  4. Restart your Xbox One.
