If you have purchased your Zattoo subscriptions from Apple App Store, you can cancel it in the settings app on your iPhone or iPad. You cannot cancel it in your Zattoo app or your Zattoo account on the web. If you have any contract- or payment related questions, please contact Apple Support for help. The Zattoo support will not be able to cancel the subscription for you as it is an external transaction.
This is how to cancel your Zattoo subscription on your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings App
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Zattoo subscription
- Tap Cancel subscription to cancel the subscription.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid term and will not be renewed.
