How do I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your HiQ subsciption you will need to log in to your Zattoo account. Please make sure that you are logging in with the credentials which you originally used for the purchase.

For PC/Mac:

(Subscriptions bought directly via our Zattoo Shop - not iTunes or Google Wallet)

Please go to My Account (go to the  icon in the right corner above in the player and you will see a drop-down list with the My Account option):

In your account you will find the section Subscriptions, please click on the Edit button. There you will see the on/off buttons. Please do not forget to save changes once auto-renewal is changed (click on the picture to enlarge it):

FOR iTUNES TRANSACTIONS:

(Subscriptions bought with iTunes)

If you bought your subscription with iTunes you will need to cancel it directly in your iTunes account. You will find more information here AND here.

FOR GOOGLE PLAY TRANSACTIONS:

(Subscriptions bought with Google Wallet)

If you bought your subscription with Google Wallet (Google Play) you will need to cancel it directly in your Google Play account. Please go here for more information.

FOR AMAZON TRANSACTIONS:

If you bought your subscription via the Amazon App-Store you will need to cancel it directly in your Amazon account. Please go here for more information.
