If you cannot start the app or the stream doesn’t start after you have logged into Zattoo, please check the following:
- Do you have the latest Zattoo app version? Please delete the app and install this again.
- Is the software on your device up to date? Please note that the latest Zattoo version requires iOS7 or higher. Unfortunately, we are unable to support older OS versions like iOS 5 or 6.
- Please restart your device and try again.
If you cannot open the app or if the app crashes, please complete the following steps: Go to Settings > Safari > Block Cookies Choose the option Never After this, please delete the app and then install this again. The app should start now and if you wish, you can revert the setting.
