If the 2.0 App shows a black screen or crashes, please first try the following:
- End all Processes which are related to the App (Settings > Apps > Zattoo TV > Force Quit)
- Uninstall the App (Settings > Apps > Zattoo TV > Uninstall)
- Restart your device.
- Install the App again from the Store (Google Play > Zattoo Live TV)
If the Problem persists, please set the Bitrate to Low (also in WiFi) and please test the reception again. Please fully close the App (not just push this into the Background) and open it again. Please also try to delete the App Data. You can find this option in Settings/ Manage Applications > Select Zattoo >Delete App Data (these steps can slightly vary depending on the device).
It is also very important, that you do not have any Ad-Blocker installed on your device.
