Price increase for Zattoo HiQ in Switzerland

Dear Zattoo users,

Zattoo invests continuously in the quality of its TV service. In the past few months we were able to extend the Premium product greatly. We offer over 170 TV channels of which 60 in HD. Our users can now also enjoy our On Demand offer with hundreads of shows from partners such as BBC, Spiegel TV, ProSieben oder Sat. 1. From 21. April we will also extend the capacity of your personal playlist from 250 to 500 recordings.

We will of course continue to extend and improve our offer in future. You can expect new features and updates in all our connected apps (eg. Android TV, Apple TV, Xbox One, Samsung Smart TV). We want to keep up with the fact, that so many of you are using Zattoo as a full multi screen TV service.

Due to these continious investments we will be increasing the price of our HiQ subscription. The new prices are valid from the 21. April 2016:


1 month = 10 CHF

3 months = 27 CHF (which is 9 CHF a month)

12 months = 95 CHF (which is 7,92 CHF a month)

 

Existing features like 7 day Recall will of course remain part of the HiQ subscription.

What will change for you in the price change depends on what type of subscription you have:

If you have a Zattoo subscription which was purchased on PC or Mac and if the autorenewal is active in your account then your next renewal will be at the new price. You can activate and deactivate the automatic renewal in your Zattoo-Account. Please go here for more details. 

If you purchased your subscription in the Google Play Store your subscription will end automatically. In order to continue to enjoy Zattoo HiQ after this, you have to purchase a subscription at the new price. You can find a link to manage your subscription in your Zattoo-Account.

If you have purchased a subscription with Apple iTunes the automatic renewal will be deactivated with the price change and your subscription will automatically expire. You can find a link to manage your subscription in your Zattoo-Account. Please go here for more details.
