If you would like to upgrade your current Premium subscription to Ultimate, you will need to purchase a new subscription. Please note:
- Book the subscription on the same account where your current subscription is running.
- Book the subscription through the same channel through which you originally purchased your current subscription. Please check if you subscribed directly with Zattoo or through another provider such as Apple or Google Play.
- Once you have successfully completed the upgrade, your current subscription will be terminated, and your account will be switched to the new subscription.
- Your recordings will remain saved when switching to Ultimate.
In this article, we show you how to upgrade your subscription if you purchased it through Zattoo, Apple, or Google Play. For contracts managed by other providers, please contact us or the respective provider directly.
If you booked your subscription with Zattoo:
- Go to www.zattoo.com/login and log into your Zattoo account: Login
- Click on Upgrade.
- Choose: Ultimate > Continue with Ultimate.

Choose 1 month / 12 months.

Select your payment method and click on Buy now.
- Enter your payment details correctly and completely.
After the successful purchase, your new Ultimate subscription will be immediately available on your Zattoo account, and your previous subscription will be terminated.
If you booked your subscription with Apple:
- Open the Zattoo app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the 3-line menu icon.
- Tap Upgrade.
- Select Ultimate > Continue.
- Connect to your Apple account to proceed the purchase.
- Your Ultimate subscription will be available on your account right after purchase.
After a successful purchase, your new subscription will be immediately available on your Zattoo account, and your previous subscription will be terminated.
If you booked your subscription with Google Play:
- Open the Zattoo app and log into your Zattoo account.
- Go to the three-line menu > Upgrade.
- Choose Ultimate > Continue.
- Confirm your Google password.
- Confirm the purchase.
After a successful purchase, your new subscription will be immediately available on your Zattoo account.
