For strategic reasons, Zattoo decided to discontinue the service in Spain, Denmark and the UK on 28 May 2018. All affected users were informed by e-mail on April 16, 2018.
If you are a PREMIUM subscriber in Spain or Denmark:
All monthly subscriptions can be used without any restrictions for the rest of the term, but will not be renewed thereafter.
If your subscription expires after May 28, 2018, you will, of course, be refunded the amount of the non-used period of subscription. In order to do so, please send us the following information via contact:
- The email address you are registered with at Zattoo
- If paid by SOFORT: full name, IBAN, BIC and your address
- In case of credit card payment: credit card number in the following format 550018xxxxxx6410
- If you purchased your subscription via iTunes, please contact Apple support directly. Refunds are made directly by Apple, as we do not have access to transactions made through iTunes.
