The Zattoo App is available for download in Germany and in Switzerland. If you are in one of these two countries but the Zattoo app does not show up in your search results, you might need to change some settings:
- Country settings of your App Store/Play Store/Microsoft Store/Amazon account: The content displayed depends on the region. Content may vary by country. Therefore, it is important that your country/region is set to Germany or Switzerland.
- Payment method: The payment method deposited in your Store must be issued by the country, in which you want to download the app: Germany or Switzerland.
- Android smartphone/tablet users: Clear the cache & data of the Play Store
