In order to change from a monthly to a yearly pass and vice versa, you need to buy a new subscription.*
Please note that your current subscription will continue until the end of the paid term and the subscription with the new billing cycle will start right after. Cancellation is not necessary to adjust the billing cycle.
This is how to change the billing cycle:
- Log into your Zattoo account on the web: Login.
- Click on Upgrade.
- Choose the product: Premium / Ultimate.
- Click Continue.
- Choose monthly subscription / yearly subscription.
- Select payment method.
- Click Buy now.
- Enter your payment details.
Please note that the payment for the new monthly / yearly subscription will be processed immediately but your current subscription will still run until the date of expiration/renewal. It is going to be replaced subsequently afterwards so that you won't lose any paid term.
