You can change the payment method during your current subscription for the next payment or for your already expired subscription.
1) Change, add or update payment method for active subscription:
Auto-renewal must be enabled.
- Log into your Zattoo account on the web: Login
- Click Settings.
- Click Manage my account.
- Go to Subscriptions > Select the subscription for which you want to change the payment method.
- Click on Add payment method and enter the payment details correctly.
Your new payment method will be stored and you can choose which of the payment methods shall be used for future renewals.
2) Change or update payment method when subscription has expired or auto-renewal has failed:
You need to buy a new subscription in order to update the payment method and continue with your subscription:
- Log into your Zattoo account on the web: Login
- Click on Upgrade.
- Select your product > Continue.
- Select 1 months or 12 months (if available).
- Select your payment method and click on Buy now.
- Enter your payment details correctly.
Note: If you subscribed through a partner company (e.g. Apple, Google Play, Amazon, GMX, WEB.de, Init7, Salt), please contact them for payment issues as they manage your payments.
