To change the payment method for your current subscription, follow these instructions. Please note that these instructions only apply to subscriptions that were directly purchased through our website and are still active.
Please make sure that your subscription, for which you want to change the payment method, is not cancelled, so that your new payment method can be used for the next automatic renewal.
Important: If your subscription has already expired or if the automatic renewal of your subscription has failed, you will need to renew it through Upgrade. Please avoid just adding a payment method as described below, as this will not reactivate your subscription.
Here’s how to change the payment method for your current subscription:
- Log into your Zattoo account on the web: Login.
- Click Settings.
- Click Manage my account.
- Subscriptions > Click Manage Subscription under the subscription for which you want to change the payment method.
- Go to Add Payment Method.
- Choose the payment method: Credit card, PayPal, PostFinance Card (Switzerland only), or Twint (Switzerland only).
- Enter your payment details fully and correctly. Entering the CVV number (security code) and the expiration date of the card is required when paying with a credit card.
- If verification through your payment provider is required, please confirm it and wait for the loading process to complete without closing the window.
- Once this process is complete, go back to Subscriptions > Click on Manage Subscription under the subscription for which you want to change the payment method.
- Click the small arrow next to Payment Methods to select a stored payment method.
- Activate the desired payment method by clicking on the selection point.
Note: If you subscribed through a partner company (e.g. Apple, Google Play, Amazon, GMX, WEB.de, Init7, Salt), please contact them for payment related questions as they manage your payments.
