Change payment method:
If you want to update your payment method filed in your Zattoo account, you need to actively buy a new subscription for validation of the new payment method.
Please note that you will only be able to buy the same subscription term if you disable auto-renewal of your current subscription first. If you want to buy the same subscription term with your new payment data and auto-renew status is on, please proceed as follows:
Disable auto-renewal:
In the Internet browser:
- Log into your Zattoo account: Login
- Click on the menu icon
- Click on My account.
- Subscriptions > edit > automatic renewal > off
Now you can buy a new subscription with your new payment data:
- Log into your Zattoo account in your web browser: Login.
- Click on Upgrade.
- Select your product.
- Select your payment method and click on Buy now.
- Enter your payment details correctly. Please note for payment by credit card: Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Do not forget to enter the CVV Code.
Your new payment method will automatically be stored in your account settings and used for future renewals (if automatic renewal remains enabled).
You can change your payment method before your current subscription expires by purchasing a new subscription. The subscription amount is debited immediately, the new subscription starts without interruption as soon as the runtime of your current subscription expires. The new subscription will be added to the existing subscription and extended according to the payment cycle you choose (1 month/1 year).
Delete payment method:
If you want to delete the payment method that has been used for payment of your current subscription, please proceed as follows:
Disable auto-renewal:
In the Internet browser:
- Log into your Zattoo account: Login
- Click on the menu icon
- Click on My account.
- Subscriptions > edit > automatic renewal > off.
Now you can delete the payment data:
Payment method > delete payment method
