Your Zattoo account is the central place where all your subscriptions you have currently booked are located. You only need one Zattoo account for all your subscriptions. When you book a subscription, it will be activated on your Zattoo account. You can access your subscription at no additional cost from any Zattoo compatible device. Keep in mind the information on parallel streaming.
Use your subscription on other devices:
To use Zattoo on another device, use the Zattoo email address, on which your subscription is booked. Click on Login and enter your credentials. After having successfully logged in, you will be able to access all channels subscription.
Successfully logged in but no active subscription?
If you have successfully logged in but your subscription is not available, please check the email address with which you logged in. Are you sure you used the correct email address?
Check your email address:
Do you have another email address with which your Zattoo account might be registered? If you are still logged into your Zattoo account on another device, please check your user settings to see which email address is specified there. You must use this email address to log into your account on another device in order to access your subscription. If you do not remember your password, please click on Forgot password and enter your credentials. Check your email inboxes, including any spam or junk folders, for emails from Zattoo.
