One account for all devices

For using Zattoo, you require a Zattoo account. Sign up with your email address in a few simple steps. Only one account is needed to use Zattoo across devices and platforms. You can access your account and active subscriptions from all your devices.

Sign up for Zattoo:

Signing up is possible on any supported device.*

1. Head to Zattoo on the web or open the Zattoo app.

Important: Your account will be associated to the country, in which you are while signing up. As our service is available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland only, you need to be located in one of these countries.**

2. Click on Sign up in order to create a new account. 

3. Choose the offer that fits you.

4. Sign up with you email address. Enter email, choose a password, select gender and enter your date of birth. 

> Tip: Make sure to enter your email address completely and correctly spelled. If there is a typo, your account will be created with an incorrect email address. 

> You get the message that the email address is already in use? This means, that you are already signed up with this email address. You do not need to create a new account. You can go to Login and enter your email address. If you forgot your password, go to Password recovery in order to reset it. For further information click here. 

Sign up with Facebook, Google, Amazon , Apple: You might need to enter your credentials. 

5. Overview selected offer: In this step, you get an overview of the selected offer and you can change it by clicking on Change selection.

6. Confirm your selection using the button below. If you book a subscription, you will be asked to enter your payment details in the next step.

Get started:

Your account is now created and you can watch TV immediately. Of course, you can log in on any Zattoo compatible device with your email address and password and access the Zattoo offer of your choice. You only need one account to use Zattoo across devices and platforms.
