We offer Premium and Ultimate plans via Apple. The Premium annual subscription is only available to our Swiss customers. In Germany and Austria, the Premium annual subscription can only be purchased through our website and is not available through Apple.
The Ultimate subscription is available through Apple only as a monthly plan. The annual subscription can also be purchased through our website.
If you have purchased a Swiss Premium monthly or annual subscription via Apple and wish to change your billing cycle, you will need to re-subscribe.
To switch your plan, you must first cancel your current subscription. You can find instructions on how to cancel your subscription via Apple here.
You can only purchase the Premium plan with the new billing cycle once your current subscription ends. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book it before the current subscription has ended due to technical reasons.
After expiry of your current subscription, purchase the new subscription on Apple:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Zattoo subscription.
- Choose Premium 1 month/ 12 months.
