Error message: "An additional device started a stream with your account"

You can log into your Zattoo account on a multiple number of devices. The stream limit permitted per Zattoo account is based on your booked Zattoo offer: FREE, PREMIUM or ULTIMATE.

An error message will be displayed and the first stream will be stopped if from your account is started one more stream than permitted.

Number of concurrent streams:

Zattoo FREE: 1 stream permitted. A second stream is not permitted.

Zattoo PREMIUM: 2 concurrent streams permitted. A third stream is not permitted.

Limitation for German PREMIUM users:

• DMAX, TLC, Eurosport: Maximum 1 stream out of this channel group
• RTL channels: Maximum 2 streams out of this channel group
• ProSiebenSat.1-Sender: Maximum 1 Stream per channel

Zattoo ULTIMATE: 4 concurrent streams permitted. A fifth stream is not permitted.

Limitation for German ULTIMATE users:

• DMAX, TLC, Eurosport: Maximum 1 stream out of this channel group
• RTL channels: Maximum 2 streams from this channel group
• ProSiebenSat.1-Sender: Maximum 1 Stream per channel, maximum of 3 parallel streams out of this channel group.
• MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon: maximum of 3 parallel streams out of this channel group.

Additional packages: The number of parallel streams for channels of the additional channel packages is in accordance to your subscription status FREE, PREMIUM or ULTIMATE.
