As a PREMIUM / ULTIMATE subscriber, you can save recordings in your playlist. The recording capacity can be extended by purchasing the RECORDINGS PLUS package. This way you get additional recording space.

- The product is only available with an active PREMIUM or ULTIMATE subscription.
- Only one RECORDINGS PLUS package is available per user.
- The product can only be bought in our Zattoo Shop. We accept credit card, PayPal, Sofort / PostFinance. After successful purchase, the product will be activated on your account. Of course, you can use it on any device you are logged in to with this Zattoo account, across devices and platform.
- The RECORDINGS PLUS package is only available as a monthly subscription and will be billed separately.
- The subscription package will be extended automatically, if not cancelled in time*.

You can cancel your subscription up to 48 hours before the end of the paid term as follows:
In the Internet browser:
- Log into your Zattoo account: Login
- Click on the menu icon
- Click on "My account".
- Subscriptions > edit
- automatic renewal > off
- save by "Update subscriptions"
What happens if your PREMIUM / ULTIMATE subscription expires?
If your PREMIUM / ULTIMATE subscription expires before your RECORDINGS PLUS subscription and you are then downgraded to Zattoo FREE, the additional recording storage from your RECORDINGS PLUS package will be available until the end of the paid subscription period. After expiration, the recordings will be deleted.
Your RECORDINGS PLUS subscription will only be renewed with an active PREMIUM / ULTIMATE subscription. If your PREMIUM / ULTIMATE subscription expires, your RECORDINGS PLUS subscription will not be renewed.
Recovery of recordings:
Only within 7 days when purchasing a new package.
