Subscription and payment

German users can subscribe to Premium or Ultimate within the Zattoo app on Grundig Fire TV Edition:

• Log into your Zattoo account on your Grundig TV.
• Select Upgrade.
• Choose an offer > continue.
• Connect to your Amazon account and complete the purchase.

Your subscription will be available across devices and platforms.

Appstore Subscriptions

The purchase of Zattoo Premium and Ultimate via the Zattoo App on your Grundig Fire TV Edition is an in-app purchase and is processed via Amazon. Payment is made through the payment method stored in your Amazon account. Your subscription purchased through your Grundig Fire TV Edition is completely managed by Amazon. Please note that Zattoo can neither refund nor cancel your subscription. You need to contact Amazon Support directly with any contract- or payment-related questions you may have.

Premium and Ultimate only

Premium and Ultimate are the only subscriptions that are available through Amazon. For all other subscription packs you need to visit our Zattoo shop. Once you have subscribed to your TV channel package, it will be available on your Zattoo account across platforms and devices.
