PIN setting for youth protected content

For FSK 16+ content, the entry of your PIN is required.

If you have forgotten your PIN, want to change it or deactivate it, check your PIN setting in your Zattoo account settings on the web.

Please note: Managing your Zattoo account settings is available on the web only. The account settings cannot be accessed or changed in the mobile or TV app.

This is how to:

• Log into your Zattoo account on the web: Login
• Click Settings.
• Click Manage my account.
• My Account > Click Manage PIN.
• Enter your current Zattoo password. If you have forgotten your password, first reset it here.*
• To change your PIN: Click Change PIN. Enter your new PIN > Save new PIN.
• To disable your PIN: Next to PIN State, turn the Click the on/off button to off.
• Use your new PIN to unlock the FSK 16+ content.

* Forgot your password or created your account via Google, Facebook, or Amazon?
First, create a new password via Forgot Password, and then follow the steps mentioned above.

Apple Login:

If you created your account through Apple and hid your email address, please send us the randomly generated email address you find in the Zattoo app under Settings via our contact form. Also, let us know the email address you would like us to register in your Zattoo account instead.
