PIN wrong

For FSK 16+ content, the entry of your PIN is required (if not deactivated already). After three incorrect attempts, the PIN entry field will be deactivated for 10 minutes. If you have forgotten your PIN, please change it in your Zattoo account settings on the web*.

This is how to:

• Log into your Zattoo account on the web: Login
• Click Settings.
• Click Manage my account.
• Click Manage PIN.
• Enter your current Zattoo password. If you have forgotten your password, please first reset it here.
• Enter your new PIN.
• To deactivate your PIN: Click the on/off button to off.
• Use your new PIN to unlock the FSK 16+ content.
