The Zattoo App is available for download in Germany and in Switzerland (on devices with Android 4.4 and higher). If you are in one of these two countries but the Zattoo app is not in your search results for download, check the following:
- Check internet connection.
- Clear the cache & data of the Play Store.
- Restart your device.
- Check your storage space.
- Check & update your Android version.
- Country settings of your Play Store. The country determines what content you see in the store. Content in the Store can vary by country. Therefore, it is important that your country/region is set to Germany or Switzerland.
- Payment method. The payment method deposited in your Store must be issued by the country, in which you want to download the app: Germany or Switzerland.
- Check parental controls on Google Play.
