The Zattoo App is available for download in Germany and Switzerland for iOS devices (iOS 11 and higher). Outside these countries you will not be able to download the app. If you are in one of these two countries, but the app does not appear in the search results or cannot be downloaded, please go through the following steps and try the next, if the issue remains:
- Check internet connection.
- Restart your device.
- Update your iPhone / iPad.
- Deactivate VPN connections.
- Country settings of your App Store. The country determines what content you see in the store. Content in the Store can vary by country. Therefore, it is important that your country/region is set to Germany or Switzerland.
- Check your Payment method. The payment method deposited in your Store must be issued by the country, in which you want to download the app: Germany or Switzerland.
- Check the storage on your iPhone / iPad.
- Check Content & Privacy Restrictions.
