Subscription and payment

German users can subscribe to the following TV packages through Amazon on Fire TV: Premium (1 month, 1 year), Ultimate (1 month, 1 year), Recordings Plus, Fernsehen mit Herz, Zattoo Plus Entertainment, Zattoo Plus Sport.

In Austria, you can subscribe to Premium (1 month) and Ultimate (1 month) through Amazon.

This is how to:

• Open the Zattoo app on your Fire TV and log into your Zattoo account.
• Select Upgrade.
• Choose an offer > continue.
• Connect to your Amazon account and complete the purchase.
• Your subscription will be available across devices and platforms.

Appstore Subscriptions

The purchase of Zattoo subscriptions in the Zattoo App on your Fire TV is an in-app purchase and is processed by Amazon. Payment is made through the payment method stored in your Amazon account. and therefore completely managed by Amazon. Please note that Zattoo can neither refund nor cancel your subscription.
