App download not possible

The Zattoo App is available for download in Germany, Austria and in Switzerland. If you are in one of these two countries but the Zattoo app is not in your search results for download, check the following:

• Country settings of your Play Store: The country determines what content you see in the store. Content in the Store can vary by country. Therefore, it is important that your country/region is set to Germany or Switzerland.
• Check that you have a strong Wi-Fi connection. 
• Payment method: The payment method deposited in your Store must be issued by the country, in which you want to download the app: Germany or Switzerland.
