App download not possible

The Zattoo App is available for download in Germany, Austria and in Switzerland. On Samsung Smart TVs from 2015 with the operating system Tizen the latest Zattoo App version is available. The Zattoo App is still available for Samsung Smart TVs 2012 - 2015 with the operating system Orsay. However, it will not be updated anymore.

Install the Zattoo App directly in the Smart Hub of your device. Please note that download is only possible in Germany and Switzerland. You will not be able to install the app outside of one of these two countries.

If you are in one of these two countries but the Zattoo app does not show in your search results for download, please check the following:

• Check your internet/Wi-Fi Connection.
• Check software update.
• Check Smart Hub Region: The content displayed in the Smart Hub depends on the region. Content may vary by country. Please make sure that the Smart Hub region is set to Germany or Switzerland. Depending on what type of Samsung Smart TV you have, the instructions for changing the Smart Hub region may vary. You'll find some instruction here.
