With Klarna Sofort and PostFinance eFinance, the subscription is activated only for the selected period. Automatic renewal is not available with these payment methods. Please buy a new subscription for your account via Upgrade to resume with your subscription.
Billing Periods:
Your Zattoo subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each billing period. The charge will be made in advance for the new period (1 month, 12 months) at the set subscription price.
Cancellation:
To stop the automatic renewal, you must cancel on time with the respective service provider. More information about cancellation can be found here.
Automatic Renewal Failed:
If the subscription could not be renewed, a new subscription must be booked. Manual retroactive charges to the stored payment method are not possible.
