Automatic renewal

Your subscription will be automatically renewed using the payment method you used when booking.

Possible payment methods for automatic renewal: PayPal, credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Klarna Direct Debit and PostFinance Card, Twint, Google Play, Apple, Amazon.

With Klarna Sofort and PostFinance eFinance, the subscription is activated for the booked period. Automatic renewal is not possible with these payment methods.

Billing cycles: Zattoo subscriptions are automatically renewed at the fixed price at each new billing cycle (1 month or 12 months). 

Cancellation: In order to stop automatic renewal, the notice period of the respective contractual partner must be observed. For more information on cancellation, click here. 

Automatic renewal failed: If automatic renewal failed, you need to resubscribe. The subsequent manual debiting of the deposited payment method is not possible.
