The Zattoo App is available for download in Germany and in Switzerland. If you are in one of these two countries but the Zattoo app does not show up in your search results, you might need to change some settings:
- Country settings of your Microsoft Store: The content displayed depends on the region. Content may vary by country. Therefore, it is important that your country/region is set to Germany or Switzerland.
- Check the Xbox Live service status: If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again.
- Check network connection.
- Check the space on your hard drive: Make sure you have enough space on your hard drive to install the content: Guide > Notification. Delete content to free up space, if necessary.
- Check Microsoft family settings: Due to this setting, certain apps might be hiding.
- Check Software updates and restart your device.
