Recordings and series recordings

In the Zattoo app on Xbox One, you can record individual shows or use series recording*. You can record live, future and replay shows ** either from the Guide or directly from the player.

The show will be available in your recording list once it has been recorded. You can access your synchronized recording list from any of your devices logged into your Zattoo account.

Recordings are recorded with a certain padding time added to the original airing timeslot before beginning and after the end.

Record from the Guide:

1. Go to Guide.
2. Select show from Guide. 
3. Click on +.
4. If series recording is available: Choose between Record episode (only the single episode will be recorded) or Record series (all future episodes including the current one of the same channel will be recorded and, if Replay option is enabled, all available episodes of the last 7 days).

Record from the player:

1. Select +.
2. If series recording is available: Choose between Record episode (only the single episode will be recorded) or Record series (all future episodes including the current one of the same channel will be recorded and, if Replay option is enabled, all available episodes of the last 7 days).

Recording list:

Via the menu option Recordings, you access your playlist. Your recordings are sorted by sections. The option Sort & Filter helps you sort your playlist within the selected section by alphabet, date, channel and genre. 

This is how to delete recordings:

1. Go to Recordings.
2. Select Edit.
3. Select the recordings to be deleted or Select All.
4. Go to Remove Selected.

This is how to delete series recording: 

• Go to Recordings.
• Go to Series.
• Select the button Series recording enabled.
• Select Cancel Series Recording.

* Series recording only for PREMIUM users in Switzerland and ULTIMATE users in Germany and Switzerland.

** Please note that in Germany not all shows/channels available for recording. Replay in Germany is only available for certain shows and Swiss users must have the Replay option enabled in the account settings. Find more information here: Recordings in DE and Replay.
