Delete payment method:
To delete a saved payment method, follow these instructions below. Please note that this guide only applies to payment methods stored in your Zattoo account settings on our website. If the payment method is still linked to an active subscription, you must cancel the subscription first.
For payments made through third-party providers, please contact the respective contractual partner directly.
Disable auto-renewal:
- Log into your Zattoo account on the web: Login.
- Click Settings.
- Click Manage my account.
- Subscriptions > Click Manage Subscription under the subscription that you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm by Cancel.
Now you can delete the payment data:
- Payment Info > Click Edit next to the payment method you want to delete.
- Confirm by clicking Remove Payment Method > Confirm by clicking Yes.
