Delete payment method

Delete payment method:

This is how to delete the payment method that is in use for your current subscription:

Disable auto-renewal:

• Log into your Zattoo account on the web: Login
• Click Settings.
• Click Manage my account.
• Go to Subscriptions and select the subscription that you want to cancel.
• Click Cancel Subscription and confirm by Cancel Subscription.

Now you can delete the payment data:

Payment method > delete payment method

Please note that this applies to all subscriptions purchased directly through the Zattoo Shop. If you have subscribed through one of our partners or app stores, please contact the respective partner for all contractual and payment matters.
