Issues on Smart TV with VIDAA and Loewe OS

The Zattoo app is available on certain Smart TVs from Hisense with VIDAA U5 and U6 and Loewe and WE. by Loewe with Loewe os7 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. A detailed overview of the supported devices can be found below. 

For error-free usage of Zattoo including all available features, make sure all software updates are installed. If you have a problem using Zattoo, please go through the following steps one by one and try the next one if the issue remains and in order to get troubleshooting help. 

1. Unplug the TV from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug it back in.

2. Firmware update

Home > Settings > Support > System Update > Check Firmware Upgrade

3. Update Zattoo App

4. Clear Cache

Home > Settings > System > Application Settings > Clear Cache > Clear

5. Delete Cookies

Home > Settings > System > Application Settings > Delete Cookies > Clear

6. Delete and reinstall the app (only possible if not preinstalled)

Home > Apps > Select Zattoo > Deinstall

7. Check and optimise your network connection:

8. Reset to factory setting

Home > Settings > Support > Restore to Factory Default

• TV model (according to label on the backside of the TV)
• Firmware version
• VIDAA version
• Zattoo app version
• Your Zattoo email address
