To use Zattoo properly on your Nokia Streaming Box, make sure you have the latest Zattoo app and Android version installed. In addition, we have a few first aid tips to help you solve minor problems directly. Please go through these steps one by one and try the next one if the issue remains:
Force stop Zattoo App:
Settings > Apps > See all apps > Zattoo > Force stop
Clear data / cache:
Settings > Apps > See all apps > Zattoo > Clear data / Clear cache
Nokia Streaming Box Restart
Settings > Device Preferences > Restart
Reinstall the Zattoo App:
- Delete App:Settings > Apps > See all apps > Zattoo > Uninstall
- Reinstall App:Apps > Get more apps > Zattoo > Install
Firmware update:
Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update
Check and optimise your network connection:

Reset to factory settings:
Settings > Device Preferences > About > Reset
