Zattoo vouchers are available in different variants, for example:

• for a free period

• for a discounted subscription

• as a prepaid voucher

3. How to redeem your voucher

A Zattoo voucher can be redeemed through your Zattoo account on the web:

1. Log in to your Zattoo account on the web:

2. Then go to:
   https://zattoo.com/start/redeem

3. Enter your voucher code.

4. Add your payment details - if required - for future charges after the voucher period ends.

5. Once the voucher has been redeemed successfully, the subscription will be available immediately.

Please note:

• Redemption is only possible on the Zattoo website.

• Mobile apps and TV apps do not support voucher redemption.

4. Important requirements for redeeming vouchers

Vouchers can only be redeemed if there is no active Smart HD, Premium or Ultimate subscription.

Please also note:

• The voucher must be valid for your account and your country of use.

• Redemption is only possible if the conditions of the respective voucher are fulfilled.

5. Payment details when redeeming vouchers

Different conditions apply depending on the type of voucher:

Discounted subscriptions

• The payment, taking the discount into account, becomes due immediately.

• A valid payment method is therefore required.

Free period

• After the voucher expires, the subscription will automatically renew monthly as a paid subscription using the stored payment method, unless cancelled beforehand.

• Cancellation is possible at any time.

Prepaid voucher

• Prepaid vouchers do not require a payment method and and end automatically after the prepaid term.

7-day vouchers

• 7-day vouchers do not require a payment method and end automatically after 7 days.
