1. Why are not all free months shown immediately?
If you have redeemed a voucher for 2, 3 or more free months and this is not immediately visible in your account, please note:

The additional voucher months become visible gradually, not all at once when the voucher is redeemed.
3. Why did my voucher period end before all free months were activated?
If you disable automatic renewal and remove the stored payment method during the free voucher period before all free months have been fully activated, you lose your entitlement to the voucher months that have not yet been activated.
4. Check voucher status
You can check your current subscription and the next renewal as follows:
Log in to your Zattoo account on the web:
LoginOpen Settings > Manage my account
Go to Subscriptions
Click Manage subscription under your subscription
There you can see:
your current subscription
the next renewal date
the price of the next renewal
