Favourites are not displayed

If your favourites are not displayed, in most cases the favourites view has not been selected.

Please note:

Favourites are only shown in the channel view or programme view if Favourites has been explicitly selected there.

Manage channel order and favourites

Once you select and watch a programme from your favourite channels, the favourites view will also be kept for future use.

This means:

When you start the app again later, the Favourites view will be shown again.

If you switch back to All channels in the meantime, that view will be saved instead.

If your favourites are still not displayed, please also check whether the relevant channels have already been saved as favourites.
