Manage channel order and Favorites

The general channel order on Zattoo is fixed and cannot be changed.

A custom order is only possible through Favorites. Once channels have been marked as Favorites, their order can be adjusted individually.

1. Channel order on Zattoo

The general channel order is fixed and cannot be changed.

A custom order is only possible within your Favorites list.

2. Create Favorites

Any channel can be marked as a Favorite.

Please note:

Navigation may vary slightly depending on the device or platform. However, Favorites are always stored at account level and then applied across devices and platforms.

On Smart TVs and streaming devices

Here is how to add or remove channels from your Favorites:

1. Open the Zattoo menu (for example using the menu button on your remote control).

2. Go to Settings.

3. Open Favorites settings > Manage Favorites.

4. Select the desired channel under All channels.

5. Press the select button on your remote control to add the channel to your Favorites or remove it again.

On the web and in the mobile apps

On the web and in the mobile apps, Favorites are managed in the Channels section.

1. Open the Channels section.

2. Select the desired channel.

3. Add it to your Favorites using the three-dot menu.

3. Change the order of Favorites

Once Favorites have been created, their order can be adjusted individually.

On Smart TVs and streaming devices

Here is how to change the order of your Favorites:

1. Open the Zattoo menu (for example using the menu button on your remote control).

2. Go to Settings.

3. Open Favorites settings > Manage Favorites.

4. Select the desired channel under My favorite channels.

5. Press the select button on your remote control.

6. Move the selected channel to the desired position using the direction buttons.

7. Confirm the new position with the select button.

On the web and in the mobile apps

1. Open the Channels section.

2. Go to Favorites.

3. Select Edit or Manage.

4. Press and hold the desired channel, or click and drag it to the desired position.

5. Save the change using Done, if this option is shown.

4. Show Favorites in the channel view

To display your Favorites in the channel view, you first need to select this view.

Here is how it works in the channel view:

1. In the player, press right using the direction buttons.

2. Press right again.

3. Select Favorites.

Only the channels marked as Favorites will then be shown in this view. When changing channels, only your Favorites list will be taken into account.

To see all channels again, simply select All channels.

5. Show Favorites in the Guide view

To display your Favorites in the Guide view, you need to select the corresponding view there.

Here is how:

1. Open the Zattoo menu.

2. Go to Programme.

3. Select Favorites.

If Favorites is selected, only your favorite channels will be displayed in the Guide view.

To see all channels again, simply select All channels.
