1. Supported payment methods for automatic renewal
Automatic renewal is possible with the following payment methods:

2. Payment method without automatic renewal
PostFinance eFinance
If you pay your subscription with PostFinance eFinance, your subscription will only be activated for the selected billing period.
Automatic renewal is not possible with this payment method because PostFinance eFinance does not support recurring payments.
This means:
Each payment must be confirmed manually.
Automatic renewal cannot be processed technically.
If you want to continue using your subscription, you need to purchase it again after it expires.
To do so, go to your Zattoo account and select:
Upgrade
Then book your subscription again.
3. Billing periods
Your Zattoo subscription renews automatically at the beginning of each new billing period.
The payment is charged in advance for the next billing cycle.
Available billing periods:
1 month
12 months
