A saved payment method can only be removed if it is no longer linked to an active subscription for future renewals.
If the payment method is still being used for an active subscription, please follow these two steps.
Please note:
These instructions only apply to payment methods that are saved in your Zattoo account on our website.
If your subscription was booked through one of the following providers, the payment method is managed there:
Apple
Google Play
Amazon
other third-party providers
In these cases, removing the payment method is not possible through your Zattoo account. Please contact the respective provider directly.
Step 1: Disable automatic renewal
Log in to your Zattoo account on the web:
LoginGo to Settings.
Click Manage my account.
Go to Subscriptions.
Under the subscription currently linked to this payment method, click Manage subscription.
Click Cancel subscription and confirm the cancellation.
Important:
Your subscription remains active until the end of the already paid period. Only the automatic renewal is cancelled.
Step 2: Remove the payment method
Once automatic renewal has been disabled, you can remove the saved payment method:
Go to Payment information in your account.
Click Edit next to the payment method you want to remove.
Click Remove payment method.
Confirm by clicking Yes.
