Zattoo subscriptions can be purchased using various payment methods. The available payment methods depend on the country and the booking channel (website or app store).

Germany

The following payment methods are available:

• Apple (in-app purchase)

Austria

The following payment methods are available:

• Credit card (Visa / MasterCard)

Switzerland

You can also subscribe to Zattoo directly via the following app stores:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Store

• Amazon Appstore (Germany and Austria)

Please note:

• Payments are processed entirely through the respective provider.

• Information about accepted payment methods can be found in the respective app stores.

• Subscription management (e.g. cancellation or changes) must be handled through the respective store.

4. Additional channel packages

Additional channel packages can in most cases only be booked directly in the Zattoo web shop.

Please note:

• If you have a subscription via Apple or Google Play, you can still book additional channel packages via the Zattoo website.

• Subscriptions are always registered at account level, regardless of device or booking channel.

• Make sure you use the correct Zattoo account when booking subscriptions.

• Additional channel packages cannot be booked via the Apple or Google Play app stores.
