Some payment methods cannot be used at Zattoo in the same way as a credit card or PayPal.
Here you will find helpful information about using Klarna, PostFinance eFinance, and TWINT.
Important:
Klarna and PostFinance eFinance can be selected directly during the checkout process when booking a new subscription. The following information only applies if you want to update the payment method of an existing or already booked subscription to Klarna or PostFinance eFinance.
TWINT may be used differently depending on the type of booking.

1. Klarna
Klarna cannot be added as a new payment method to an already active subscription.
If you want to pay for your Zattoo subscription with Klarna, this is only possible if you book the subscription again via Upgrade.
Important:
A direct switch from an existing payment method to Klarna is not possible.
If you want to keep the same subscription term and use Klarna, you need to cancel the automatic renewal of your current subscription. You can then book the subscription again either before or after the end of the already paid period.
Only during this new booking process can you select Klarna as your payment method.
2. PostFinance eFinance
PostFinance eFinance cannot be added as a new payment method to an already active subscription.
If you want to pay for your Zattoo subscription with PostFinance eFinance, this is only possible if you book the subscription again via Upgrade.

3. TWINT

Free trial with TWINT
A free trial can be booked directly with TWINT.
Paid subscription with TWINT
If you want to book a paid subscription at the regular price using TWINT, you must first add and confirm TWINT in your Zattoo account.
Only afterwards can TWINT be used for the booking and for future charges.
How to proceed
Log in to your Zattoo account on the web.
Go to Settings > Manage my account.
Add TWINT as a payment method and complete the verification.
Then book the subscription you want.
Important:
Free trial: direct booking with TWINT is possible
Paid subscription at the regular price: first add and confirm TWINT, then book
