Sky Sport and Sky Show Premium in Switzerland

With Sky Sport and Sky Show Premium, additional Sky channels can be booked through Zattoo in Switzerland.

The booking is made directly via the Zattoo shop on the website. Once activated successfully, the booked channels are available in the Zattoo app on supported devices. Additional content and features are also available via the Sky app.

Please note:

• These packages are available for new subscribers in Switzerland.
• Booking is possible independently of your main subscription.
• Which features are available in the Zattoo app depends on the respective Sky package, channel and, in some cases, also on your main subscription.

1. Which Sky subscriptions are available through Zattoo?

The following Sky packages are currently available through Zattoo in Switzerland:

2. How can I book Sky through Zattoo?

Booking is done directly via the Zattoo shop on the website.

Once the booking has been completed successfully, the booked channels are available in the Zattoo app on all supported devices. Additional content and replay are also available via the Sky app.

3. Can I subscribe to Sky if I already have another Sky subscription booked directly with Sky?

If you already have a Sky subscription booked directly with Sky, you cannot book the same Sky subscription again through Zattoo.

4. Important notes about Sky Sport

Please note the following for Sky Sport:

• The current offer is primarily aimed at German-speaking Zattoo users, as the content of the Sky channels is available mainly in German, with only a few exceptions.
• In the Zattoo app, the Sky Sport channels do not offer additional features such as Restart, Replay, recordings, Live Pause or fast-forwarding.
• Sky Sport Bundesliga UHD is only available with an additional Zattoo Ultimate subscription and can only be used on supported devices.

5. Important notes about Sky Show Premium

Please note the following for Sky Show Premium:

• The current offer is primarily aimed at German-speaking Zattoo users, as the content of the Sky channels is available mainly in German, with only a few exceptions.
• In the Zattoo app, 7-day Replay is not available on the Sky Show Premium channels.
• Restart, recordings, Live Pause and fast-forwarding are only available on the linear Sky Show Premium channels in the Zattoo app if Premium or Ultimate is active.
• If Zattoo Free is active, the advanced features are only available via the Sky app.

6. Features in the Zattoo app: Sky Sport

Note:
The channels are provided in FHD in the Zattoo app. Sky Sport Bundesliga UHD is only available with Ultimate and only on supported devices.

7. Features in the Zattoo app: Sky Show Premium

Note:
The channels are provided in FHD in the Zattoo app. The features shown below can only be used in the Zattoo app if you also have an active Premium or Ultimate subscription on your account.

8. Using the Sky app

After booking, you will receive login details that allow you to use the booked Sky content additionally via the Sky app.

If you did not receive the login details, please use the “Forgot password” function on the Sky website and enter the email address that was used to book your subscription with Zattoo.

Please note:

• Additional content and features are available via the Sky app, even if the subscription was booked through Zattoo.
• It is not possible to use the booked Sky package abroad via the Zattoo app.
