1. What is Zattoo Home?
Zattoo Home is a bundle consisting of:
- 1 Gbit fibre internet from Init7
- Zattoo Premium or Zattoo Ultimate
The offer is exclusively available in Switzerland for new and existing customers.
2. Which options are available?
Zattoo Home with Ultimate

Yearly billing: CHF 718.80
(equivalent to CHF 59.90 per month) - Monthly billing: CHF 62.90
- Minimum contract term: 12 months
Zattoo Home with Premium

Yearly billing: CHF 635.40
(equivalent to CHF 52.95 per month) - Monthly billing: CHF 55.95
- Minimum contract term: 12 months
3. What is included in Zattoo Home?
With Zattoo Home, you get:
- 1 Gbit fibre internet from Init7
- Zattoo Premium or Zattoo Ultimate
- a Wi-Fi router on loan at no extra cost
Depending on the package selected, the corresponding Zattoo features are available:
- with Ultimate: access to the channels and features included in the Ultimate subscription
- with Premium: access to the channels and features included in the Premium subscription
4. Where can I book Zattoo Home?
Zattoo Home is available:
- directly on the Zattoo website – you can find all information here
- via init7.net
Before booking, a check is carried out to see whether Zattoo Home is available at your address.
5. How do I book Zattoo Home?
Here is how to book Zattoo Home via the Zattoo website:
- Visit the Zattoo Shop.
- Select Zattoo Home.
- In the next step, availability at your location will be checked.
- If Zattoo Home is available, select your preferred offer.
- Then enter all required information.
- After the contract has been successfully completed, you will receive an email with the most important details about your Zattoo account.
If Zattoo Home is not available at your location, you can of course still book Premium or Ultimate.
6. Can I upgrade my existing Zattoo subscription to Zattoo Home?
Yes. If you already have a Zattoo account, you can upgrade to Zattoo Home at any time.
Here is how the upgrade works:
- Log in to your Zattoo account on the web: Login
- Click Upgrade in the Zattoo menu
- Select Zattoo Home
- In the next step, availability at your location will be checked
- Select your offer and enter the required details
- After the contract has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email
Please note:
Your existing Premium or Ultimate subscription will be cancelled. Any prepaid period will be automatically refunded on a pro rata basis.
7. Who manages my contract?
Your Zattoo Home contract is managed entirely by Init7.
This applies in particular to:
- contract-related questions
- payment-related questions
- cancellations
