Recordings Plus – additional recording storage

With Recordings Plus, you can book additional recording capacity. In Switzerland, Recordings Plus also gives you the option to store your recordings without any time limit, as long as the add-on remains active.

1. What is Recordings Plus and what is included?

Recordings Plus is an additional package that can be booked for more recording storage. It is billed as a separate monthly subscription in addition to your existing Zattoo offer.

Each user can book one Recordings Plus package.

With Recordings Plus, you get the following additional recording capacity:

Germany

• 50 additional recordings
• Price: EUR 1.99 / month

Austria

• 50 additional recordings
• Price: EUR 1.99 / month

Switzerland

• 250 additional recordings
• Price: CHF 3.00 / month
• Recordings can be stored without any time limit as long as Recordings Plus remains active
• Important: Recordings with channel-specific rights restrictions will still expire even with Recordings Plus. These recordings are marked accordingly in the Zattoo app.

• If you cancel Recordings Plus, the original retention period will apply to your recordings again. This means: Your recordings will again be subject to the regular retention period of 2 years.

• Switzerland

3. What are the requirements?

Recordings Plus can only be used together with a compatible main subscription:

• Germany: Ultimate
• Austria: Ultimate
• Switzerland: Premium or Ultimate

4. How is Recordings Plus booked and activated?

Recordings Plus is available in the Zattoo Shop.

Activation takes place immediately after purchase. Afterwards, the package can be used on all devices and platforms on which you are logged in with your Zattoo account.
