If you have trouble signing in with your password or if you have forgotten it, you can use Forgot password to create a new password and regain access to your Zattoo account.
Important:
You can also use Forgot password if you have not yet set your own password, for example because you registered with Google, Apple, Facebook or Amazon.
This also applies if your subscription was booked through a third-party provider.
The only requirement is that you know the correct email address linked to your Zattoo account.

1. Reset your password
To create a new password:
Click Forgot password or go directly here.
Enter your email address.
Make sure it is spelled correctly and does not contain extra characters, such as spaces before or after the email address.Check your inbox and spam folder and open the email Reset your Zattoo password.
Click the link Restore password in the email.
Create your new password in the next step.
You can then use the new password to sign in.
2. No reset email received
If you did not receive an email to reset your password, please check the following:
Is the email address entered correctly?
Are you using the email address that is registered with your Zattoo account?
Have you also checked your spam folder?
Please make sure the email address is entered completely and correctly.
3. Difference between @gmail.com and @googlemail.com
Please note:
Our system distinguishes between @gmail.com and @googlemail.com.
When requesting a password reset email, please use exactly the email address that is registered with Zattoo.
Example:
If your account was registered with name@googlemail.com, name@gmail.com will not automatically work in this case.
4. Error message - Resetting your password does not work
If an error message appears while resetting your password, for example
“This password reset link has expired or has already been used”
“An error occurred”
please check the following:
Use only the most recently received reset link
Older links may become invalid once a new link has been requested.Open the link in a different browser
Try opening the link from the email in another browser.Update your browser
Make sure your browser is up to date.Clear cookies and cache
Clear your browser cache and cookies and then try again.
If the message still appears, request a new link via Forgot password and then use only the most recently received email.
