You can delete your Zattoo account in the Zattoo account settings on the web or in the mobile apps (Android and iOS).
Please note:
Account deletion is not possible via the TV apps.
Your account can only be deleted if there is no active subscription at the moment.
If you still have an active subscription, you must end it first before your account can be deleted.
A deleted Zattoo account cannot be restored.

1. Delete your account on the web
Here is how to delete your account on the web:
Log in to your Zattoo account on the web:
LoginGo to Settings.
Click Manage my account.
Go to My account.
Scroll down and click Delete account.
Enter your current password.
Click Delete account.
Confirm again by clicking Delete account.
2. Delete your account in the mobile app (iOS or Android)
Here is how to delete your account in the mobile app:
Open the Zattoo app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device.
Tap the three-line menu icon.
Go to Settings.
Tap Manage my account.
Enter your current password.
Tap Delete account.
3. I don’t have a password – how do I delete my account?
If you created your Zattoo account with Google, Facebook, Amazon or Apple and have not yet set your own password, you must first create one you must first create one.
Go to:
First create a new password and then delete your account as described above.
Please note:
If you created your account with Google, Facebook or Amazon, you can usually set a password via Forgot password.
If you created your account with Apple and chose to hide your email address, please contact our support team via our contact form.

4. I have a subscription and still want to delete my account
A Zattoo account can only be deleted if there is no active subscription.
If you currently still have a subscription, please proceed as follows:
First cancel your subscription
Wait until the already paid period has ended
Then delete your account as described above
Important:
As long as your subscription is still active, account deletion is not possible.
If your subscription was booked via Apple, Google Play, Amazon or another third-party provider, you must cancel the subscription there first.
