A PIN is required for all content marked 16+.
The PIN is enabled by default in your Zattoo account. You can view it, change it or disable it at any time on the web.
Important:
PIN management is only available on the Zattoo website. The account settings cannot be accessed or changed in the mobile apps or TV apps.

1. Manage your PIN
Here is how to view, change or disable your PIN:
Log in to your Zattoo account on the web:
LoginGo to Settings.
Click Manage my account.
Go to My account.
Click Manage PIN.
Enter your current account password and click Continue.
Your current PIN will be displayed in the next window.
Change your PIN
If you want to change your PIN, simply enter your new PIN there.
Disable your PIN
If you want to disable the PIN permanently, switch the PIN status toggle to Off.
2. Forgot password
If you have forgotten your Zattoo account password, please go to “Forgot password”.
First create a new password, then follow the steps described above to manage your PIN.
3. Error message when managing your PIN
If you receive an error message when opening or changing your PIN, please first check:
whether you entered the correct Zattoo account password
whether your account was created with Google, Facebook or Amazon and you first need to set a password
If PIN management still does not work, please contact us via our contact form.
4. Account created with Google, Facebook or Amazon
If you created your account with Google, Facebook or Amazon and have not yet set your own password, you must first create one.
Go to:
First create a new password and then follow the steps above to manage your PIN.
5. Account created with Apple
If you created your account with Apple and chose to hide your email address, please send us the following via our contact form:
the randomly generated email address that you can find in the Zattoo app under Settings
the email address that should be stored in your Zattoo account instead
