You can change the email address saved in your Zattoo account in your Zattoo account settings on the web.
Please note:
Changing your email address is only possible on the web.
Your Zattoo account settings cannot be accessed or changed in the mobile apps or TV apps.

The new email address is already linked to another Zattoo account

1. Requirements
To change your email address:
you must be able to log in to your Zattoo account
the change is only possible on the web
you need your current Zattoo account password
the new email address must not already be linked to another Zattoo account
2. How to change your email address
Follow these steps to change your email address:
Log in to your Zattoo account on the web:
https://zattoo.com/loginGo to Settings.
Click Manage my account.
Go to My account.
Click Edit next to Email.
Enter your new email address.
Enter your current Zattoo account password.
Click Save changes.
The new email address will then be saved in your Zattoo account and can be used for all future logins.
3. Account created with Google, Facebook or Amazon
If you created your account with Google, Facebook or Amazon and have not yet set your own password, you must first create one.
Go to:
First create a new password and then follow the steps above to change your email address.
4. Account created with Apple
If you created your account with Apple and chose to hide your email address, please send us the following via our contact form:
the randomly generated email address that you can find in the Zattoo app under Settings
the email address that should be saved in your Zattoo account instead
5. The new email address is already linked to another Zattoo account
If the new email address is already linked to another Zattoo account, it cannot also be saved in your current account.
In this case, please use Forgot password to regain access to the other account.
If it is a Zattoo Free account, you can also delete that account and then use the email address in your current account.
6. Email address forgotten, incorrect or no longer active
If you no longer know the email address currently linked to your Zattoo account, if there was a typo in it during registration, or if you no longer have access to that email address, please contact our support team via our contact form.
To help us review your case, please send us, if possible:
the email address that may currently be linked to your Zattoo account
the new email address that should be stored instead
a short description of the issue
